3rd WTFL Talent Boost in Brisbane, Australia

18 May 2018

Talent: a strategic priority for Australia’s tourism growth

The World Tourism Forum Lucerne Talent Boost is a platform fully dedicated to talent management for the Tourism Industry. A Talent Boost event is organized every second year in partnership with one of our partner universities to raise awareness of Talent Management in the industry. The event offers CEOs, industry leaders, and representatives from academia and government the opportunity to engage in open exchange whilst gaining fresh insight into how to attract and retain young talent.

Hosted in collaboration with the University of Queensland Business School, the 3rd Talent Boost event will draw awareness to the critical need for a strong talent pipeline for Australia's Tourism Industry and present new and innovative approaches to attracting and sustaining a viable tourism workforce for the future.

With a brilliant line up of key note speakers, industry leaders, inspiring young tourism leaders and experts from the education sector, the Talent Boost will answer questions such as:

  •  What makes for a passionate tourism workforce and how can we inspire a passion for our industry among upcoming generations?
  •  How can we strengthen the industry pathways for incoming talents?
  •  What does the workforce of the future look like?
  •  How can we boost the profile of our industry to make tourism and hospitality a career of choice?

Join our next WTFL Talent Boost in Brisbane and make sure you are part of our enriching platform.

We look forward to welcoming you.
